Monterrei wines shine in actor Daniel Brühl’s restaurant in Berlin

The C.R.D.O. Monterrei has just made, in Berlin, a Masterclass aimed at specialized press, importers, distributors and sommeliers of restaurants in the German capital.

This initiative has been formed by a training session on the territory (soil characteristics, climate, typology of product or grape varieties, among other issues), wine tasting made in Monterrei and harmony of them with different gastronomic elaborations. The event was attended by representatives of some of the most important importers and wine shops in Germany such as Wein und Vinos, Weinkontor Freund, Spanische Quelle, Vine Culture, Andupez, Wein Agentur, La Bodega Wein, Rössler Getränke, Muret La Barba, Weinmichel, Mitte Meer or Wein von Eisen. In addition to wine consultants and training institutions such as Shahab Jalali, Steffen Kellner, Wein Akademiker, MDC. As well as the media Garçon Magazin, Schaum Magazin, Flux FM Radio, or sommeliers of the Restaurant Volver or the Bar Raval, host establishment.

Bar Raval is known in the German capital for being the famous Spanish-German actor Daniel Brühl one of its owners. It also has the certificate of Quality of Spanish restaurants awarded by Food and Wines from Spain and is recognized as one of the best Tapas establishments in Berlin.

The wineries participating in this activity have been: Ladairo, Gargalo, Castro de Lobarzán, José Luis Gómez Ibáñez (Valderello), José Antonio Da Silva Pereira (Vinos Lara), Crego e Monaguillo, Quinta do Buble, Terras do Cigarrón, Triay, Terrae Monterrei, Pazo Blanco Núñez (Tapias Mariñán), Fragas do Lecer, Manuel Guerra Justo (Vía Arxéntea),  Pazo de Valdeconde, Tabú, Alba Al-Bar (Daniel Fernández), Franco Basalo, Trasdovento, Manuel Vázquez Losada and Manuel Regueiro García (Serra de Alén).
