CRDO Monterrei Missión
The main mission of the Regulating Council of the Designation of Origin is to defend the origin and ensure the quality of the product assigned, promote advocacy in different markets, and guarantee the compliance of Regulation and Designation of Origin rules.
Main functions:
- Checking and guarantee the origin of the protected product
- Ensure the fulfilment of the rules which govern the Designation of Origin in relationship with cultivation of covered varieties and during the transformation in the winery.
- Checking of all line items, before bottling, through chemical and sensory analysis, to therefore maintain characteristics and self-identity of the wines of this designation of Origin
- Defence and promote the area and protected product.
