DRAW XVI FEIRA DO VIÑO DE MONTERREI – CRDO MONTERREI

1.- Organizer of the promotion

The entity CONSELLO REGULADOR DENOMINACIÓN DE ORIXE MONTERREI (hereinafter CRDO Monterrei)I, with CIF: Q8255203 Physical address Rúa Castelao, 10 bajo, CP:32600 Verín (Ourense) Spain and Tax identification number (CIF): Q8255203; organizes this draw for promotional purposes (hereinafter “the Promotion”) of national scope, to be developed through Instagram, exclusively for users resident in Spain and over 18 years of age in accordance with the provisions of the section of conditions to participate.

2.- Start date and end date
The Promotion will begin on August 10, 2023 and will end on August 16, 2023, at 23:59 hours.

3.- Geographical scope
The scope of this promotion is limited to peninsular Spanish territory.

4.- Participation requirements and promotion mechanics
Participation is free, voluntary and limited to those who meet all the following requirements:

1. Natural person.
2. Over 18 years of age.
3. Resident in mainland Spain.
4. Comply with the requirements regarding the mechanics of participation in the promotion.
5. Have a truthful Instagram profile that meets the conditions and terms of service of the platform.
6. Do not use this Promotion to: disseminate political or religious ideas; promote libel and/or slander against third parties; use violent, obscene or offensive language; or publish content other than the subject matter of the Promotion.
   The winner must justify these conditions before receiving the prize. Failure to meet any of the requirements will be sufficient reason not to be a winner of the prize and, therefore, the organization of the draw may select another winner.

The following may not participate in this promotion:
1. Employees of the organising body and/or collaborators.
2. Employees of companies and agencies involved in the promotion.
3. The immediate family members of the persons referred to in points 1 and 2.
4. The spouses of the persons referred to in points 1,2 and 3.

Each person may participate in the publication as many times as they wish, provided that the answers are different.
The dynamics of participation will be as follows:
1. Follow @domonterrei account on your Instagram profile.
2. Comment on the publication of the draw mentioning that person with whom you would share the prize. (One person per comment, you can participate as many times as you want).
The draw will be held randomly among users who meet the aforementioned requirements to participate.
There will be only one winner for each of the prizes and one user will not be able to win several of the prizes.
5.- Promotion conditions and prizes:
– Prize 1: a guided tour for two people, to the Gargalo winery, including tasting and a wine pack. The wine pack consists of a bottle of Gargalo Godello and a bottle of Gargalo Mencía & Araúxa.
– Prize 2: a guided tour for two people to the winery Tapias Mariñán.
– Prize 3: two packs of Valderello wine. The pack consists of two bottles of Valderello Godello and two bottles of Valderello Mencía.
– Prize 4: two packs of Mara Martín wine. The packs consist of two bottles of Mara Martín and a bucket.
– Prize 5: a pack of six bottles of Pepe Porter Mencía.
– Prize 6: a pack of three bottles Via Arxéntea Mencía.

– Prize 7: two wine packs. The first pack consists of a Trasdovento Godello-Treixadura bottle and a Quérote Mencía bottle. The second pack consists of a bottle of Alto do Bocelo Godello, Treixadura and Dona Blanca and the second bottle is from Alto do Bocelo Mencía.

– Prize 8: a pack of two bottles Galván Godello – Treixadura and a bottle of Galván Mencía.
Prizes will not be redeemable for their cash value, in any case.

6.- Limitations
If it appears that any of the participants does not meet the requirements required in the Databases, or the data provided to participate were not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Workers linked to CRDO MONTERREI (ii) Any other natural person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this Contest or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).
The prize awarded shall not be transferable or subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the Participants, and may not be exchanged for any other product or for money.
CRDO MONTERREI reserves the right, if due cause and upon communication in legal form, to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion.
The winner shall bear any tax or tax burden that the acceptance of the prize may entail.

7- Publication of comments or opinions
Comments or opinions deemed inappropriate, offensive, injurious or discriminatory, or likely to infringe on the rights of third parties shall not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and self-image shall not be permitted. We are not responsible for damages caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.

8.- Exemption from liability
We shall not be liable for any loss, theft, delay or other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, but we shall not be liable for any and we are not responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion, and assumes no liability for any damage or injury of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In case this Promotion could not be carried out, either for fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of CRDO MONTERREI and that affects the normal development of the Draw, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it.

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, managed or associated in any way by a social network, so the Participants release from all responsibility for any damages that may arise from it to any social network platform.

Without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or legal action, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which it has its habitual residence, place of work or place of alleged infringement, in case you consider that the processing of your personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in case you are not satisfied with the exercise of your rights.

The Supervisory Authority to which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the course and outcome of the complaint.

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases to the extent that it does not prejudice or impair the rights of participants in the Promotion.

12.- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal bases shall be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Verín shall be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these bases.
