Along two shifts (one from 12 to 14.30 hours, and another between 17 and 21 hours), and extremando the required hygienic-sanitary measures, professionals of the HORECA channel, Sommeliers; as well as students and teachers of hotels and media centers will meet in this space to discover the peculiarities of the whites and reds of Monterrei. There you will not only know the characteristics of the soil and climate of the territory, but also the typologies of wines, grape varieties and the tradition and wine history of the region.
On the other hand, they will also be able to discover the product that is made in the denomination, by the hand of the 21 wineries that will be part of this initiative: Ladairo, Pazos del Rey, Gargalo, José Antonio Da Silva Pereira (Vinos Lara), Quinta do Buble, Terras do Cigarrón, Pazo Blanco Núñez (Tapias Mariñán), Fragas do Lecer, Manuel Guerra Justo, Tabú, Franco Basalo, Alba Al-Bar (Daniel Fernández), Trasdovento, José Luis Gómez Ibáñez (Valderello), Crego e Monaguillo, Fausto Rivero Pardo (Quinta Soutullo), Pazo de Valdeconde, Castro de Lobarzán, Manuel Vázquez Losada, Terrae Monterrei (Adegas Terrae) and Triay Adegas de Oímbra.
